Circumferential Abdominoplasty

This 40 year old former Californian (who now lives in the Midwest) had a R en Y gastric bypass in Fresno, California.  Since her bypass surgery she has shed well over 100 pounds. 

During our first meeting, we developed a plan to improve the shape of her body.... and shortly thereafter, we put the plan into action.  She underwent a lower body lift (removal of circumferential skin and fat, with lifting of the lateral thighs and buttocks.  She did extremely well following this procedure and was shortly thereafter ready for the next stage.

At a second stage surgery, she underwent breast reduction and brachioplasty (arm lift).  No surprise, she did very well following this surgery and moved out of California literally the next week.  These images shown are at 4 months approximately following the second stage.
