Circumferential Abdominoplasty

This 42 year old man from El Dorado Hills came to our office for peri-ocular aging and the appearance of being tired when he was well rested. During the surgical consultation we discussed eye rejuvenation and functional improvement, incision placement, expected outcomes and of course alternatives, risks and benefits of surgery. He was concerned about the scars because he shaves his head. I explained how I do the brow lift and how I hide the incisions. After considering all his options, he chose to proceed with a bilateral transblepharoplasty brow lift and blepharoplasty. All of his scars are virtually invisible. He is very pleased with his results.
