Circumferential Abdominoplasty

This 32 year old woman from Rocklin - a suburb of Sacramento - is a happily married mother of two.  She had always been a little heavy and after children had a hard time loosing her pregnancy weight.  She ulitmately underwent a type of gastric bypass surgery known as vertical sleeve gastrectomy.  Her surgeon, Dr. Paul Cirangle and his group in San Francisco has performed more of these type of weight loss surgery than any other group in the country.  Since her surgery, she lost 80 or so pounds, which is very impressive.  However, after her weight loss she was not happy with the effects on her mid-body.

We reviewed the various surgical options for patients after weight loss and ultimately performed a lower body lift with some strategic liposuction as her first procedure.  This four hour operation performed as an outpatient procedure made a dramatic improvement in her appearnace.  She's very happy with the results of surgery and is now planning on completing the transformation with breast and medial thigh surgery in the near future.
